Kevin Wylie joined TRITEC Real Estate Company in 2021 and now serves as a Vice President, Construction, overseeing multiple complex projects. In this leadership role, Kevin directs project managers and cross‑functional project teams and is responsible for overall project profitability, scheduling, and customer satisfaction.

Kevin plays a central role in the financial and operational performance of his projects. He is responsible for reviewing and approving subcontractor and vendor awards, overseeing applications for payment, leading month‑end closeout reviews, and conducting financial and profitability reviews with project teams. His strategic leadership, ability to manage scope, and skill in mitigating risk ensure projects are delivered with a strong focus on quality, safety, schedule, and cost control.

Kevin has been involved in several of TRITEC’s largest and most high‑profile developments, including The Core at Station Yards.

Prior to joining TRITEC, Kevin served as a Senior Production Engineer at Maverick Natural Resources in Houston, Texas. There, he led workover operations in East Texas and successfully optimized production systems, resulting in projected annual savings of $4.2 million.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Geology from the University of Michigan and earned a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.
