Chris Kelley is the Senior Vice President of Marketing for TRITEC Real Estate Company and brings a dynamic blend of creativity and strategic leadership to steward the TRITEC brand. Under his guidance, the TRITEC narrative continues to unfold, marked by a steadfast commitment to conveying the company’s vision, mission, and unwavering integrity.
With a tenure beginning in 2004 as Marketing Director and his elevation to Vice President in 2018, Chris has been instrumental in sculpting the TRITEC identity. His approach is characterized by meticulous coordination of external and internal communications, engaging diverse stakeholders from employees and clients to financial partners, municipal agencies, tenants, media, and the broader public. Chris’s holistic marketing strategy ensures that while individual departments and projects articulate their unique messages, the overarching TRITEC brand remains undiluted and consistent across every initiative. Chris is also responsible for launching and nurturing the individual brand identity for each TRITEC community.
Before his tenure at TRITEC, Chris was a key member of the Silverpop team, a group of Internet entrepreneurs whose company was eventually acquired by IBM. In his role as the head of the professional services team, Chris ensured that the design direction and deliverables aligned with the client expectations set by the sales team, demonstrating his strategic leadership and business acumen.
Chris has strong ties to Middle Country; he is a graduate of Middle Country Schools, his four children attend or graduated from Middle Country, and his wife is a Middle Country Teacher.
Chris studied design at Parson’s School of Design and New York Institute of Technology.
