Chris Kelly is the Senior Vice President of Marketing for TRITEC Real Estate Company where he leads brand strategy, marketing campaigns, public relations, and community engagement across the company’s diverse portfolio of mixed-use, residential, commercial, and industrial developments. With a sharp focus on placemaking and storytelling, Chris works to ensure each TRITEC project resonates deeply with its community and stakeholders, while reinforcing the company’s long-standing reputation for quality and innovation.

Since joining TRITEC in 2004 as Marketing Director and rising to Vice President in 2018, Chris has been instrumental in sculpting the TRITEC identity. His approach is characterized by meticulous coordination of external and internal communications, engaging stakeholders ranging from employees and clients to financial partners, municipal agencies, tenants, media, and the public. Chris’s holistic marketing strategy ensures that individual departments and projects express their unique voices while maintaining the clarity and consistency of the TRITEC brand. He is also responsible for launching and nurturing the distinct brand identity of each TRITEC community.

Prior to TRITEC, Chris played a key role at Silverpop, a pioneering internet company later acquired by IBM. As part of the professional services team, he aligned design execution with sales strategy, demonstrating his ability to bridge creative direction with business outcomes.

Chris studied design at Parsons School of Design and the New York Institute of Technology.

Deeply committed to community and environmental stewardship, Chris serves on the board of the Seatuck Environmental Association, supporting conservation and education efforts across Long Island. He is also a board member of the Middle Country Library Foundation, helping to expand access to educational resources and cultural programming in his community.
