Candice Sozio

Candice Sozio is the Manager of Development Accounting at TRITEC, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and financial coordination for real estate development projects from pre-development through stabilization. Since joining TRITEC in 2013, she has played a key role in managing the company’s development portfolio, ensuring projects remain properly financed and strategically positioned throughout their lifecycle.

Candice has advanced from Staff Accountant to Manager of Development Accounting, demonstrating both technical expertise and commitment to supporting large-scale development projects. Her experience in development accounting, job costing, budget analysis, accounts payable, and project-level financial reporting makes her a trusted resource for colleagues.

Prior to joining TRITEC, Candice worked at a wholesale commercial bakery, where she developed expertise in cost accounting, production reporting, inventory analysis, and administrative operations. This experience provided valuable insight into financial management and operational efficiency, skills she continues to apply in her current role.

Candice is passionate about seeing projects progress from concept to completion and takes pride in the financial and accounting work that supports their success.
