Cindy Siew

Cindy Siew is a Senior Project Accountant at TRITEC, supporting the financial administration of capital projects for both TRITEC Building Company and TRITEC Asset Management. She oversees project accounting, cost reporting, budgeting, and financial coordination to ensure projects remain financially organized and positioned for success throughout development and construction.

Cindy brings over 20 years of experience in accounting, real estate development, and construction, with expertise in project accounting, job costing, financial reporting, and budget management. She has spent 18 years providing financial oversight on projects from the owner and developer perspective, supporting a range of developments and capital programs.

Prior to joining TRITEC, Cindy held accounting and project controls roles at organizations including RXR, Silverstein Properties, Georgica Green Ventures, LIRO Engineering, and Lazard Asset Management. She managed construction and development accounting, financial reporting, cost management, budgeting, requisition administration, and capital funding for both private and public sector projects.

Cindy has contributed to notable projects, including RXR’s Garvies Point and Ritz-Carlton Residences in North Hills, as well as the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s East Side Access project. These experiences have given her a strong understanding of the financial planning, coordination, and accountability required for complex developments.

Cindy is recognized for her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. She specializes in job costing, financial analysis, and reporting systems that support informed decision-making. She believes effective financial management relies on accountability, consistency, and getting it right the first time.

Cindy most enjoys seeing projects evolve from initial concepts into developments that positively impact communities. She takes pride in knowing her financial and accounting expertise helps turn development visions into reality.

Outside of work, Cindy is a black belt in martial arts, a rank she achieved through over ten years of dedication, focus, and discipline. She applies these qualities professionally, meeting challenges with perseverance, a drive for improvement, and a commitment to excellence.

Cindy has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Boston University Questrom School of Business and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
