
Shannon Coughlan is Associate Vice President at TRITEC Development Group, where she supports the company’s development and investment platform through financial analysis, underwriting, strategic planning, and transaction execution. Since joining TRITEC, she has played a key role in evaluating new opportunities, advancing development initiatives, and supporting the launch and growth of the company’s co-GP investment fund.
Shannon is involved in all phases of the development and investment process, including acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, underwriting, and business planning. She works closely with TRITEC’s leadership to evaluate opportunities, assess project feasibility, and support investment decisions through detailed financial modeling and market analysis. Her analytical skills and methodical approach help guide strategic decision-making across the organization.
Before joining TRITEC, Shannon was part of the Multifamily Investment Sales and Structured Equity teams at JLL, where she gained experience in institutional real estate transactions, capital markets strategy, and investment underwriting. She further developed her expertise through an internship with Hines while pursuing her graduate degree at New York University, focusing on feasibility analysis, financial modeling, and real estate development strategy.
At TRITEC, Shannon has contributed to strategic initiatives including acquisitions, financing, and the development of analytical tools to enhance underwriting and decision-making. Her ability to combine thorough analysis with effective execution makes her a valuable asset to the company’s continued growth.
Shannon holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University, where she was recognized as the Top Student in the MSRED class of 2025. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with honors from Yale University and is a Licensed New York Real Estate Salesperson.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Shannon serves on the Associate Board of Arbor Rising, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering low-income individuals and families to secure a path out of poverty by supporting high-potential nonprofits through funding and consulting resources.
