Janice Duffy is a Facilities Coordinator at TRITEC Asset Management, supporting capital, tenant, and operational projects across the company’s portfolio. She collaborates with Project Managers and the Director of Special Projects to ensure effective coordination, stakeholder alignment, and smooth project progression from planning through completion.

Janice manages project coordination, scheduling, vendor communications, contract administration, and recordkeeping for multiple ongoing projects. Her organizational skills and attention to detail help maintain project momentum, support timely decision-making, and ensure clear communication with internal teams and external partners. She is instrumental in keeping projects organized and on schedule.

Prior to joining TRITEC, Janice spent nearly ten years as a Facilities Operations Manager, overseeing building operations, project execution, and vendor management. She also served as a C-suite Executive Assistant and Office Manager, gaining experience with complex workflows and high-level operations. This diverse background enables her to effectively support TRITEC’s facilities and property management activities.

At TRITEC, Janice distinguished herself by coordinating the renovation of 32 branches, managing varying schedules, teams, and requirements at each site. Her methodical approach and thorough follow-through ensured consistent and efficient project delivery across all locations.
