Michael O'Leary serves as Chief Financial Officer of TRITEC Real Estate Company, overseeing the company's financial strategy, planning, and operations. He brings more than 25 years of finance and accounting leadership experience, with a proven ability to align strategic vision with disciplined execution.

Before joining TRITEC, Michael was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of RXR Realty. Over his 18-year tenure, he played a key role in scaling RXR from a $2 billion, 80-person platform into a $20 billion enterprise with more than 500 employees. Appointed CFO in 2020, he directed financial management, strategic planning, and investor relations, while also establishing the firm's Fund Portfolio Management discipline and leading teams across capital markets, accounting, and long-term strategic initiatives.

Michael began his career at Ernst & Young LLP in the Real Estate Group, where he managed integrated audit engagements for leading real estate, construction, and hospitality companies. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
