North Suffolk Cardiology has signed a 10-year lease for 23,000 square feet at 45 Research Way in the Stony Brook Technology Center in East Setauket, doubling its footprint, Long Island Business News reported.
- Lease value: more than $7.3 million
- Tenant history: at 45 Research Way for more than 20 years
- Ownership: TRITEC Real Estate Company and UBS
- Affiliation: North Suffolk Cardiology is part of the Stony Brook hospital system
“This deal further validates the long-term sustainability for the Stony Brook Technology Center,” said Hanneke Talbot, then TRITEC’s CFO.
