This position serves as a Facilities Engineer, performing typical maintenance tasks in several fields, including, but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, building construction, HVAC and preventive maintenance. POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is to work with the Preconstruction Executive & Estimating Department in all aspects of estimating, Architectural engineering and subcontractor scope coordination, bid preparation including plan coordination and distribution, drawing reproduction (in house & outsourcing) subcontractor contact, receiving subcontractor quotes, writing subcontractors scope sheets, evaluation of subcontractor bid scope, vendor research / pricing and bid delivery.
