Toast Coffee + Kitchen has opened its fifth Long Island location at Station Yards in Ronkonkoma, featuring a vintage train depot theme that nods to owner Terence Scarlatos, who grew up blocks from the site, Greater Long Island reported.
- Location: steps from the Ronkonkoma LIRR station by the Village Green courtyard
- Neighbors: Vespa, Lucharitos, The Pink Fin, Great South Bay Brewery and Tap Room
- Station Yards at full build-out: 1,450 apartments, 195,000 square feet of retail, 360,000 square feet of office and a public plaza
- Current phase: 388 apartments and 70,000 square feet of retail
“We’re incredibly grateful and excited to bring our vision of Toast in an old vintage train depot to life at Station Yards,” Scarlatos said.
