Long Island’s popular Great South Brewery will be opening a second location at the Station Yards development in Ronkonkoma, the developers have just announced.
TRITEC Real Estate Company and the popular Bay Shore brewery inked a lease deal for Great South Bay to open in a 8,428-square-foot tasting room in the sprawling development at the LIRR station.
The brewers expect to open in the spring of 2024.
This also makes Great South Bay the very first tenant in the mixed-use Station Yards.
