TRITEC announced that construction is substantially complete at Brightview Port Jefferson, a senior living community at 1175 Route 112 in Port Jefferson Station, which is set to open in September 2022, Greater Long Island reported.
- Size: three stories with 170 units
- Care levels: 94 independent living, 50 assisted living and 26 memory care apartments
- Amenities: a pub, multiple dining venues, a movie theater, library, hair salon, fitness center and outdoor patios with a fire pit
