North Suffolk Cardiology is expanding its offices in East Setauket.
The cardiology practice signed a 10-year lease for 23,000 square feet in the Stony Brook Technology Center at 45 Research Way, where it has been located for more than 20 years. The new lease transaction, worth more than $7.3 million, doubles the size of North Suffolk Cardiology’s footprint at the property, which is owned by Tritec Real Estate and UBS.
“We are thrilled to be continuing our relationship with North Suffolk Cardiology,” Hanneke Talbot, Tritec CFO, said in a written statement. “This deal further validates the long-term sustainability for the Stony Brook Technology Center as we extend and expand our relationship with Stony Brook Hospital System through its North Suffolk Cardiology division.”
