A three-story, 170-unit senior living community from Baltimore-based Brightview Senior Living moved closer to construction on Route 112 in Port Jefferson Station, Greater Long Island reported. The community became Brightview Port Jefferson, and TRITEC served as its construction manager, the second Brightview community TRITEC built.
- Site: 8.64 acres from Route 112 to Canal Road, next to The Meadow Club
- Approvals: Brookhaven Town Board approved the site plan and granted two parking setback variances
