Warren Tricomi Salon

TRITEC Building Company was hired as a general contractor to help create an unparalleled beauty haven to service the Greenwich Community.

Warren-Tricomi's 7,500 sq.ft. space is unique because it consists of a full-service upscale salon and a high-end luxury shop featuring beauty and hair products, accessories, and gifts.

Located in the heart of downtown Greenwich, the Warren Tricomi Salon was an interior renovation to a historic Landmark building. Spread out over three floors, including two mezzanines, the space required extensive structural and framing work to accommodate the new design. 600 amp electrical service, 33 tons of air conditioning, a large exhaust system, and a vast network of plumbing make up the mechanical systems.

Finishes include venetian plaster throughout walls and ceilings, corian millwork tops and cabinets, stainless steel and glass railings, and an epoxy flooring system
