Suffolk County National Bank

TRITEC was hired as General Contractor to build Hauppauge Square at the corner of Arkay Drive and Marcus Boulevard in the Hauppauge Industrial Park. The project consisted of an interior fit-out to 3,700 SF of space. The project's unique features included high-end architectural woodwork and trim throughout the area and a 50' long vaulted ceiling with accent lighting. TRITEC was responsible for the coordination of all owner supplied millwork, ATM, security, and CCTV systems.

The project was completed on time and within the owner's budget.
