People’s United Bank at 100 Motor Parkway

TRITEC acted as general contractor completing 21,500 sq. ft. of office interior construction for the Bank of Smithtown in Hauppauge, Long Island, New York. People's United Bank purchased the Bank of Smithtown and made this space their Long Island Regional Headquarters.

The space features a fully automated boardroom and conference rooms with audio/visual systems. It is also a 1,200 SF data center that is the hub for all bank operations and includes raised flooring, fully redundant HVAC systems, UPS, and generator backup for electricity, and an FM200 Fire Suppression system.

The combination of the precious woods and the steel details creates an environment that is warm and contemporary. TRITEC Asset Management managed the space for both tenants from 2004 to 2016.
