Miller Place Gardens

TRITEC built the Miller Place Gardens as the project's general contractor. The 16,000 sq.ft wood-framed, two-story, eleven-unit, high-end apartment building was set on 3 acres of land. The location of the project is in Miller Place, Long Island, New York.

The apartments are on the first and second floors with one bedroom and a bathroom on each floor. The second-floor living rooms have vaulted ceilings upstairs with wood floors throughout. Exterior amenities including a gazebo for tenants and a bocce/shuffleboard court. The facility has a laundry room with washer/dryers for tenant usage and a maintenance area for Landlord use.
