Martin DePasquale, AIA, joined TRITEC Building Company in February of 2004. He is responsible for creating and implementing streamlined preconstruction processes for both TRITEC Building Company and TRITEC Development Group’s projects. His multi-disciplinary approach to his assignment is designed to ensure that projects adhere to budgets and timelines, reflecting TRITEC’s sustained focus on cost management and practicality of design, while assuring functional and aesthetically pleasing and inviting projects, from concept to ribbon cutting.
Prior to joining TRITEC, Martin served as Principal at The Baldassano Architecture Group. In addition to his responsibilities as a company principal, he also provided architectural project management during the design and preconstruction phases for various clients including Southside Hospital Campus Projects in Bay Shore, Symbol Technologies Corporate Headquarters Expansion in Holtsville, Suffolk Community College Multi-Purpose Facility Brentwood Campus, Southwest Airlines Terminal at Long Island MacArthur Airport, and Suffolk County Civil Court Complex Expansion in Riverhead.
Martin received his B.S. in Architectural Technology from the New York Institute of Technology in 1986, and has been a New York State Licensed Architect since 1991.
