Brian Reilly serves as Vice President of Development at TRITEC Development Group, where he leads development and investment activities with a focus on capital markets, financing strategy, underwriting, and project execution for TRITEC Mid-Atlantic. He oversees all stages of the development process, guiding projects from initial evaluation through capitalization, planning, and delivery.
His expertise includes construction financing, long-term debt arrangement, capital structuring, and financial analysis. He collaborates with development, investment, and executive teams to assess opportunities, secure financing, and support strategic decision-making across TRITEC’s portfolio. His ability to integrate financial analysis with practical project execution positions developments for long-term success.
Prior to joining TRITEC, Brian was an Associate on the Finance Team at Douglas Development Corporation, managing all aspects of capital market transactions and evaluating acquisition and redevelopment opportunities. Previously, as an Analyst on the Capital Markets Team at Combined Properties, he supported refinancing transactions, managed internal cash flow projections for a $2 billion portfolio, and conducted underwriting for acquisitions and redevelopments. These roles provided him with a strong foundation in real estate finance, capital markets, and investment strategy.
Brian developed an early interest in real estate through exposure to the development industry and firsthand experience of the positive impact of thoughtful investment on communities. He is motivated by projects that create lasting value by revitalizing neighborhoods and providing spaces for people to live, work, and gather. This perspective aligns closely with TRITEC's mission to build vibrant, mixed-use communities that enhance their surroundings.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master of Business Administration from Mount St. Mary’s University. His academic background, combined with extensive capital markets experience, supports his work in financing, underwriting, and development strategy.
Outside of TRITEC, Brian is active in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and serves on the Young Alumni Committee at Mount St. Mary’s University. These roles allow him to connect with industry leaders, support emerging professionals, and contribute to community-strengthening initiatives.
Brian’s analytical mindset, collaborative approach, and commitment to excellence drive his involvement from project conception through completion. He takes particular satisfaction in seeing developments progress from inception and knowing they will positively impact the communities they serve.
