Loudoun County business and community leaders gathered July 18 for the groundbreaking of PINSTACK, a new entertainment and dining venue coming to the Kincora development in 2026.
This will be the first location for the Dallas, Texas-based brand outside Texas.
PINSTACK’s Loudoun facility will be a 56,000-square-foot building on a 7.3-acre parcel. The brand offers multiple experiences, including a full-service restaurant, a full bar, bowling lanes, arcade games, a rock-climbing wall, bumper cars and private event spaces for social and corporate gatherings.
Kincora is a 425-acre mixed-use community at the intersection of Virginia Routes 7 and 28, and will include the Northern Virginia Science Center slated for completion in 2027.
PINSTACK’s construction is being led by ARCO Construction, a design-build firm specializing in complex hospitality and entertainment spaces.
“PINSTACK will be more than just a local attraction; it will draw people throughout the region,” said Loudoun County Supervisor Sylvia Glass.
“The arrival of PINSTACK signifies a pivotal moment in Kincora’s evolution,” said Dan Coughlan, principal of TRITEC, the developer leading the Kincora project. “This project sets the tone for what’s ahead as we continue to attract best-in-class brands that align with our long-term vision for the walkable, high-energy, mixed-use community.”
