HOTWORX brings infrared workouts to Ronkonkoma’s Station Yards

HOTWORX at Station Yards

A new boutique fitness studio is joining the mix at TRITEC’s Station Yards development.

Station Yards in Ronkonkoma is welcoming its very first fitness concept — and it’s a national brand with a futuristic twist.

HOTWORX, a fast-growing fitness franchise that pairs infrared heat with guided virtual workouts, is set to open a 2,500-square-foot studio next to Great South Bay Brewery. The studio is expected to debut in late 2025 or early 2026.

First-of-its-kind workouts

Unlike a traditional gym, HOTWORX workouts happen inside infrared saunas. Members choose from patented, instructor-led sessions designed to help them sweat, strengthen, and detoxify — all while maximizing efficiency in 15- or 30-minute intervals.

The Ronkonkoma studio will be owned and operated by Tiffany and James Upton, who live on Long Island.

“My journey with HOTWORX began when I was advised to try infrared saunas for a health issue,” Tiffany said. “After joining a HOTWORX studio with my husband James, we fell in love with the concept, the workouts, and the results. Together, we knew we wanted to share this experience with the people of Ronkonkoma and contribute to the energy and growth of this community.”
