Toast Coffee + Kitchen officially opened its doors Sunday, July 13, bringing its signature breakfast, brunch and lunch vibes to the brand-new Station Yards complex in Ronkonkoma.
This marks Toast’s fifth Long Island location — and the first one built entirely from scratch.
Each Toast location has a distinct theme, from the Steampunk aesthetic in Patchogue to Prohibition-era Long Beach, farmhouse chic in Port Jefferson Station and the carnival flair of Bay Shore.
For Ronkonkoma, founder Terence Scarlatos chose an old-style railroad depot theme.
