TRITEC Real Estate Co. to build 180,668 s/f new Brightview Senior Living community in Greenburgh, NY

Ronkonkoma-based TRITEC Real Estate Company is serving as the construction manager for the new Brightview Senior Living community. With a track record of delivering projects such as Brightview Port Jefferson and Sayville, Woodland Pond, Station Yards in Ronkonkoma, and numerous medical and commercial developments, TRITEC is bringing its expertise to this 180,668 s/f senior living community situated on a five-acre site. This marks the third Brightview Senior Living project managed by TRITEC, reflecting a continued partnership with the award-winning senior living provider.

Centrally located between Tarrytown, Scarsdale, and White Plains, the community offers 155 designed residential apartments. These include 75 independent living, 54 assisted living, and 26 Wellspring Village memory care apartments providing a wide array of housing options tailored to the diverse needs of its senior residents.
