TRITEC Announces New Tenant, Redefine Meals at Station Yards Ronkonkoma

Redefine Meals and the TRITEC team celebrating the lease signing at Station Yards

TRITEC is excited to announce the lease signing of Redefine Meal Prep in the thriving heart of our new Station Yards development. Redefine Meals will open a state-of-the-art 1,150-square-foot space set to provide healthy meals to the growing community around the Ronkonkoma Long Island Rail Road station. As a health-conscious lifestyle continues to gain momentum, Redefine Meal Prep’s commitment to providing wholesome, freshly prepared meals aligns perfectly with the vision of the dynamic, mixed-use Station Yards community. The leasing brokers for the Station Yards were Maria Valanzano, Steve D’Orazio, and Jake Horowitz of Colliers. Redefine Meal Prep was represented by Allen Boulos and Matt Sullivan of Evernest Realty.

“Redefine Meals is Long Island’s premier meal prep and performance fitness nutrition provider. A focus of our leasing strategy has been targeting local businesses that set a high-bar, while catering to the community’s energetic atmosphere. Diet plays a major role in living a happy and healthy life, which often can be difficult to pair with an ‘on the go’ lifestyle. Convenience and quality are key, and the team at Redefine have been innovative to that regard. We’re confident they’ll be a perfect fit for our residents and local community.” Commented Steven D’Orazio, Vice President for Colliers.
Spanning 53 acres, Station Yards is a transformative project led by TRITEC that envisions a lively, pedestrian-friendly space. Once fully realized, the community will boast 1,450 residential units, 195,000 square feet of retail, and 360,000 square feet of prime office space. The commitment to rejuvenate this area of Ronkonkoma is evident in TRITEC’s meticulous execution, with the first phase, Alston Station Yards, having delivered 489 apartment homes in 2021.

“The inclusion of Redefine Meal Prep in our retail ensemble highlights our objective of offering not just spaces but experiences to the residents and visitors of Station Yards. As we blend work, living, and leisure, it’s paramount to integrate services that promote health, convenience, and quality of life,” remarked Jimmy Coughlan, Vice President of Development for TRITEC.

The $273 million second phase is underway, promising an addition of 388 apartments named ‘The Core,’ a beautifully designed 70,000 square foot retail district, 16,500 square feet designated for TRITEC’s new offices, and a vibrant public plaza. The anticipated completion is slated for Spring 2024, further establishing Station Yards as a defining hub of Suffolk County.

As Redefine Meal Prep lays its foundation in the heart of this evolving community, both residents and commuters can look forward to a nourishing meal option that embodies the fresh spirit of Station Yards.

“Mark and I grew up right down the road from Station Yards, so we are proud to be a part of this incredible development where community and wellness converge. Redefine Meals will be open 7 days a week, and we look forward to serving affordable, healthy meals that residents and commuters can enjoy on their way to, from, or at work,” said owner Matthew Riss.
