TRITEC Real Estate Company is excited to announce its newest tenant, Poki Poke, at its iconic Station Yards Development. The addition of Poki Poke, a leading poke bowl restaurant, further solidifies Station Yards as a dynamic hub for culinary and commercial ventures.

” I am elated at the opportunity to join the Station Yards family and look forward to expanding our quick and always fresh and healthy Asian fusion concept. We hope to delight and indulge all customers with a wide variety of options, including sushi-grade fish, marinated black angus steak, organic chicken, cooked seafood, fully vegan, and a plethora of other options. With over a dozen different sauces, you can build an endless combination of your own bowl and enjoy it your way. We are proud to introduce a new Ramen concept into our station yards location alongside milk and fruit-based bubble teas and more,” said Andrew Kim, the owner of Poki Poke. They have signed a lease for 1,361 square feet. This move signifies Poki Poke’s positive trajectory as this marks the opening of their second location. The successful transaction was spearheaded by Tim Petrou of Blue Shark Realty who represented Poki Poke.

“We are excited to be part of this amazing development. The innovative and extraordinary menu Andrew Kim brings to Poki Poke will perfectly fit at Station Yards,” added Tim Petrou, Founder of Blue Shark Realty.
Steven D’Orazio, Maria Valanzano, and Jake Horowitz of Colliers represented Station Yards in this transaction, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved. Their dedication, expertise in real estate, and passion for the project continuously played an instrumental role in attracting high-profile Long Island-based tenants like Poki Poke to Station Yards.

“We’re pleased to welcome Poki Poke to Station Yard. They’ve done a fantastic job of curating a menu filled with flavor influences from Hawaiian and Asian cuisine, specifically focusing on fresh and sustainable ingredients. Their menu will add some real depth to the dining options at the development, and we’re excited to have them sign on to the project!” commented Maria Valanzano, Vice President for Colliers.

As Station Yards further evolves, it remains a testament to TRITEC’s commitment to fostering a diverse and energetic environment where businesses thrive. “We’re thrilled to welcome Poki Poke to Station Yards.
