A cornerstone of transformative community planning, the Station Yards in Ronkonkoma is nearing the completion of its second phase, The Core, which will welcome hundreds of new residents to the innovative design at the Long Island Rail Road hub.

Planned to include bustling entertainment and everyday conveniences for residents and visitors, the newest addition to the Station Yards project includes six retailers: Great South Bay Brewery, Redefine Meals, Poki Poke, VESPA Italian Kitchen & Bar, Bethpage Federal Credit Union, and most recently, the Tap Room.

TRITEC said they “prided” themselves in establishing relationships with local businesses and the Tap Room, which has locations in Bay Shore, Patchogue, and Massapequa Park, will occupy a 5,644-square-foot space. “This innovative bar and restaurant that has become a community hub in all its locations, will open at TRITEC’s prestigious Station Yards Project,” said Jimmy Coughlan, Vice President, TRITEC.

“We’re very pleased with the way Station Yards is evolving. Tap Room’s brand has been synonymous with quality, fun, and a welcoming community atmosphere across Long Island for over a decade,” said Steven D’Orazio, Senior Vice President at Colliers, who brokered the deal between The Tap Room and TRITEC.
