Colliers arranges three leases totaling 13,020 s/f

East Setauket, NY Colliers has secured a 10-year lease for Northwell Health at Stony Brook Technology Center (SBTC). The firm also arranged two additional leases for Sunrise Wind and Health Management Corp. in the technology park. Combined, the three transactions total 13,020 s/f. SBTC’s exclusive real estate broker team led by Colliers senior managing directors Maria Valanzano and Steven D’Orazio represented the landlords, TRITEC Real Estate Co. and UBS, in each of the transactions.

In addition to the Northwell Health lease, Health Management Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of WellPoint, has renewed its 3,000 s/f lease at 24 Research Way for another 10 years. Additionally, Sunrise Wind, an offshore wind power company owned by global offshore wind leader Ørsted and Eversource, has also leased 3,780 s/f of space at 45 Research Way.

Colliers executive managing director Darren Leiderman represented tenant Northwell Health in the deal. Lee Rosner & Brian McGuire from NAI Long Island represented Sunrise Wind in the lease. Additional space at Stony Brook Technology Center is currently available for lease.
