St. Ignatius School

TRITEC was the construction manager for St. Ignatius, a private school located in the Hunts Point section of the Bronx. TRITEC Building Company constructed the new 10,000 sq.ft. third floor over the existing building and renovated portions of their existing cellar, ground floor, and second floor.

Improvements to the educational facility included removal and disposal of the existing roof, relocation of three rooftop units, and installation of a new rooftop unit. TRITEC updated the infrastructure to the first and second floor and extended the existing elevator. The new building entrance included a granite tile foyer with traction inlay on the steps, accessible to the new lift, classrooms, and roof.
