Bellport Primary Care Center

TRITEC Building Company constructed a new Primary Care Medical Clinic for Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center in Bellport, Long Island, New York. The new facility is a Department of Health approved Article 28 building that consists of 4,000 sq.ft. of medical space and a 4,000 sq.ft. basement area. The interiors feature specialty flooring, wall coverings, high-efficiency lighting, and millwork.

Work completed on this ground-up facility by TRITEC includes concrete, masonry, cultured stone, cementitious siding, roofing, windows, storefront, carpentry, finishes, and MEPs.

  The new clinic was completed in approximately five months.
