Ms. Trish Mayhew joined TRITEC Development Group in 2008. Her responsibilities as a Vice President, Partner include all aspects of the land and vertical development process. Within her portfolio, Trish manages and oversees entitlement, budgeting, financing, design, permitting, acquisition, disposition, marketing and communications, as well as project-specific governance structures.

Prior to joining TRITEC, Trish served as a Senior Financial Analyst in the CMBS Group at NCB and as a Senior Financial Analyst – Portfolio Manager in the Construction Lending Group at TD Bank.

Trish holds a Master of Science degree from John’s Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland specializing in Infrastructure and Real Estate and is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts holding a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Economics and Finance.

Trish is a member of CREW NOVA and the Urban Land Institute. She recently joined the housing advisory board in Lancaster County, VA, to help bring affordable / workforce housing to the County. In addition, Trish has served on the Metropolitan D.C. Mortgage Bankers Association Board of Governors and is the co-founder of the Metro D.C. Women in Commercial Real Estate Finance Association (“WI-CREF”).
