Jimmy Coughlan serves as Executive Vice President, Partner of Development at TRITEC Real Estate Company. He is involved with all aspects of the development process, focusing on financial analysis, acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, and portfolio management.

While growing up, his firsthand experience seeing the positive impact and improvements that TRITEC has made to communities in New York and Washington, DC metro area has given him a deep understanding and appreciation for the company and the development industry. Early on, he recognized how providing people with great places to live, work and play can serve as a foundation for happy, healthy, and sustainable living, and he knew he wanted to be part of creating that change.

Prior to joining TRITEC, Jimmy worked as an Investment Analyst at Colony Capital, Inc. in the U.S. Direct Investments Team. He graduated from Brown University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Entrepreneurship and Organizations, and received his Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University.
