Ken Abrami, LEED AP joined TRITEC Building Company in 1996 and is responsible for the construction of both TRITEC Building Company and TRITEC Development Group’s projects. Ken’s background in architecture lends a unique detail-oriented and design-focused approach to building. With his breadth of experience building a variety of structures from residential apartments to hotels, restaurants, schools and medical facilities, he understands the nuances of each type of project and ensures all are completed on time, within budget, and according to pre-established specifications. After 30 years in the industry, he remains inspired by the process of development. Taking a project from a concept to a two-dimensional set of plans and ultimately into a constructed, finished space that positively impacts the end-user drives him to make each project better than the last.
He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and is on the Board of Directors at the Long Island Builders Institute (LIBI). He proudly supports the American Cancer Society and volunteers for Long Island Cares.
Ken is a LEED Accredited Professional and received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from New York Institute of Technology with a minor in Construction Management.
