135 Engineers Road
In January of 2002, TRITEC Development Group acquired 135 Engineers Road, a 65,000 square foot industrial building located in the Hauppauge Industrial Park. The purpose of the acquisition was to reposition the building as a Class B office. To accomplish repositioning, 10,000 square feet of the building had to be removed to meet Suffolk County waste discharge regulations and provide parking for office areas. The building, fully repositioned, has acquired a blue-chip tenant roster.
The renovation of 135 Engineers Road includes a new facade that was completed by TRITEC Building Company, Inc. 135 Engineers has new insulated glass systems, landscaping, and accent lighting. The interior of 135 exhibits a natural tone tile accented by blue granite stripes and cherry wood doors. The building’s circular core, covered by a vibrant blue wall, is brought to life by a high-end lighting package made up of recessed wall sconces.
135’s interior is next to none with updated and high-end finishing. This office space is located within Hauppauge Industrial park just minutes from the LIE. The Hauppauge Industrial Park is home to 1,300 business and 55,000 employees, making it the largest office complex east of the Mississippi River and the second largest in the country.
