TRITEC was the General Contractor for the construction of this facility. The goal of this three-story renovation was to create an unrivaled state-of-the art horse racing and sports entertainment center. The project included interior demolition a complete upgrade of all MEP's and an extensive Pneumatic Tube system, this building now holds two elevators servicing various gambling floors. The gambling floors feature a variety of betting stations, Stan machines, full bar, private glass enclosed VIP betting room, theatre seating for sports events, party rooms, and lounge areas. Finishes include extensive cherry and maple woodworking, granite counter tops, wall covering, carpeting, ceramic tile, and stainless steel railing. Flat screen television monitors and projection screens are clearly visible from every seat in the Palace.
