49 Wireless Boulevard

In April of 2004, TRITEC acquired 49 Wireless Boulevard, a 86,500 square foot industrial building. The purpose of the acquisition was to reposition the building as a Class B+ office. The renovation of the building was designed to take advantage of the quality brick facade of the building and enhance the buildings attributes with new windows with champagne moldings, canopies, landscaping and accent lighting.
