Tritec Real Estate executives will join elected officials, business owners and local residents Tuesday for a ribbon-cutting ceremony and day-long fete of its $108 million, mixed-use development in downtown Patchogue.
Called New Village, the project is built on a six-acre site on West Main Street between Havens and North Ocean avenues, and brings 291 new rental apartments above 15,000 square feet of ground-level retail space. New Village also adds 500 much-needed parking spaces, 293 of those underground. The first residents began moving into the complex last month.
