Overview

Project History

The Family Center for Autism,  an affiliate of Life’s WORC, is a private organization supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum. They worked with TRITEC to renovate their 110-year-old building located in Garden City, Long Island, New York.

Construction and Features

TRITEC Building Company, Inc. constructed the space, working on the complete interior demolition of the facility, construction of a new state of the art elevator, offices, infrastructure upgrades, recreation, work out and therapy rooms. Life’s WORC provides services and supports over 1,200 individuals and families in Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk counties and supportive homes to over 221 people.
