We are proud to have served as the construction manager for the Brightview Senior Living facility in Port Jefferson Station. The project, on an 8.5-acre site, is 184,000 square feet and is the second Brightview Senior Living facility that TRITEC has built for the client. The project utilizes a newly built sewage treatment plant and consists of 170 residential units, including 94 independent living, 50 assisted living, and 26 wellspring units just a few miles from the village of Port Jefferson. The facility offers a great variety of unit sizes, layouts, and trim levels to cater to the needs of the very diverse senior community.
