TRITEC Development Group purchased 125 Kennedy Drive, when it was a single occupant industrial building and brought it through the entitlements process to convert to 100% office. To implement an aggressive leasing plan the building went through an extensive capital improvement plan executed by TRITEC Building Company. Construction included new canopies over the north and west entrances, shielding the remaining loading docks paint, windows, masonry and adding additional landscaping to common entrances.
