Thomas Glatzel joined TRITEC Real Estate Company in 2010. Mr. Glatzel’s primary focus is on entitlement, acquisitions and leasing of development projects. From the company’s Washington D.C. office, he provides analysis, guidance and recommendations on the development, planning and management of projects throughout the Washington D.C. Metro market. Those evaluations, combined with his development strategies and extensive due diligence, help guide the company’s development plans.
Mr. Glatzel graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2001 with a Bachelors of Business Administration/Finance and holds a Masters in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University. Mr. Glatzel currently serves as the Notre Dame Monogram Club Representative for Maryland
After graduating college Mr. Glatzel was recruited to play Major League Lacrosse (MLL) and professionally played in several championship games in the National division. Mr. Glatzel continues to play organized lacrosse and serves as an Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Georgetown Preparatory School. He is a frequent guest lecturer and motivational speaker on lacrosse and sportsmanship in organized athletics. He serves on the board of Winners Lacrosse, a not-for-profit organization that introduces the game of lacrosse to inner city youth in Washington D.C.
