Robert Loscalzo joined TRITEC Real Estate Company in 1998. Mr. Loscalzo’s primary focus is on mixed-use transit-oriented development projects. Rob has been with the Company throughout its growth over the last 18 years. Prior to his role as development partner, Rob acted as COO responsible for the operations of the TRITEC organizations, related to policies, best practices, and the attainment of operating performance goals. Rob oversaw the acquisition, entitlement, re-zoning, financing, construction, and leasing of this downtown, mixed-use, transit-oriented, revitalization in the heart of the Village of Patchogue. Rob currently leads the redevelopment of the Station Square, a redevelopment project at the crossroads of Road, Rail and Air. Rob has provided the project vision, and oversees the entitlement, rezoning, design and financing of the project.
Rob is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University where he earned a BA in Economics Management and Accounting. Rob received his Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
Rob is a member of the Advisory Board and Construction Committee for Hope House Ministries of Port Jefferson.
