Field Superintendent

Prestigious Long Island Construction and Development Company is seeking a Full Time Field Superintendent to join our Team.

The Field Superintendent will be responsible for the Daily Management of subcontractors and consultants as well as performing the Interaction & Coordination of all On-site Subcontractors and ensuring their conformance to plans and specifications, safety compliance, and overall project quality control. Strong Organizational and Communication Skills and a minimum of 10+ years’ experience in the Residential, Commercial, or Mixed-use Residential industry along with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Wood Frame experience is a must. Travel is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Procore software experience is a plus!
