TRITEC Real Estate Company, Inc. is pleased to announce that Big Apple Visual Group has signed a lease for 10,000 sq. ft. of industrial space at 45 Gilpin Avenue, a 172,000 sq. ft. industrial property, which is part of TRITEC’s portfolio in the Hauppauge Industrial Park.
Big Apple Visual Group specializes in all types of architectural, way finding, and retail signage. Specializing in custom fabrication Big Apple Visual Group has the ability to work with a variety of materials to fabricate exterior and interior signage systems, produce dimensional letters, illuminated displays and large format prints.
Ralph Perna of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Big Apple Visual Group in the transaction; and, Daniel Marcus and Jack O’Connor of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented 45 Gilpin Avenue Development and TRITEC. Big Apple Visual will be taking occupancy of the space immediately.
