49 Wireless Boulevard
In April of 2004, TRITEC acquired 49 Wireless Boulevard, an 86,500 square foot industrial building. The purpose of the acquisition was to reposition the building as a Class B+ office.
The renovation of the building was designed to take advantage of the quality brick facade of the building and enhance the buildings attributes with new windows with champagne moldings, canopies, landscaping, and accent lighting.
49 Wireless Boulevard is class “B” office space located in the Hauppauge Industrial Park. The interiors feature wide curved hallways with a pallet of warm yellow accented by a steel blue. Building amenities include a full-service cafe, conference center, vending, and mail rooms. Spacious, well-lit hallways, and soothing colors make the building easy to navigate and tenant friendly. 49 Wireless Blvd is located in the Hauppauge Industrial Park; Wireless Boulevard is a wide street that is home to many high profile companies including Coca-Cola, Barron’s, Spellman High Voltage, and UTStarcom. The Industrial Park itself has 1,300 business and 55,000 employees, making it the largest such complex east of the Mississippi River and the second largest in the country.
