TRITEC Development Group purchased 125 Kennedy Drive when it was a single occupant industrial building. 125 Kennedy purchased through the entitlements process and then converted to 100% office space. To implement an aggressive leasing plan, the building went through an extensive capital improvement plan executed by TRITEC Building Company. Construction on 125 Kennedy included new canopies over the north and west entrances, shielding the remaining loading docks. Other improvements included paint, windows, masonry, and additional landscaping to common entries.
