Virgola Wine Bar
The Virgola founder described Patchogue’s newest addition perfectly “We have outdoor seating, the lounge, a communal table, the bar. It’s dark, sexy, elegant. It’s nice for a romantic couple in the corner or a couple guys having drinks at the bar.” The interiors of the 1,517 square foot space were designed by BLD architects, and engineering was provided by A&M engineering consulting both Patchogue based businesses. The custom black lacquered bar, specialty Stonehard floor, and well thought out lighting help to set the stage for your evening.
Virgola offers a distinct menu consisting of fresh east & west coast oysters, ceviche, salmon crudo, scallop carpacio, tuna tartare, shrimp cocktail, and red and black caviar, as well as imported Italian cheeses, cured meats & refreshing salads.
