TRITEC Development Group acquired and marketed 45 Gilpin Avenue a 171,000 sq. ft. industrial building, located in Hauppauge New York that backs up to the Long Island Expressway. TRITEC worked with Samson Technologies who waste the time the anchor tenant in the building and began to breath new life into the facility.

TRITEC Building Company, as construction Manager, rehabilitated the dilapidated structure built in 1966 and gave it a more modern appeal. Working with Samson on the rehabilitation TRITEC created an oasis in a sea of nondescript industrial buildings. The building has defining blue steel panels at the entrance and the bold colors reflect the vibrant energy of the manufacturing industry on Long Island.
