Rockville Links Golf Club

During the past five years I have had the pleasure to work with the TRITEC Building Company on two different construction projects. Both projects were multi facility projects and both had different challenges. In both cases TRITEC demonstrated it's expertise and value as a quality construction contract company.
Project Size:10,000 sq. ft.
Location:600 North Long Beach Road, Rockville Centre, NY 11570
Architect:D3 Architecture

Since we could not be closed for any extended period of time, it was very important that
the Country club project be completed on time and on budget. In this case TRITEC was
given a very tight time frame to complete and they came through with flying colors. They not only completed the project on time but also came in UNDER budget.

TRITEC is the company, but their success and outstanding performance is a result of the people that work in that company. They do a terrific job and are a pleasure to work with.”

The work preformed for at the golf clubhouse includes the exterior and interior renovation of the Main Clubhouse facility, along with an expansion of the common areas to allow for more convenient circulation and ADA compliance between the public and private areas, and access to the new second-story veranda. The Main Clubhouse also underwent a complete interior finishes upgrade, and replacement of the antiquated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

The Pro Shop also underwent a complete interior and exterior improvement , which included installation of pitched roofs, columns, and upgraded interior finishes, that are more in accordance with the original architecture of the old farm building.
