135 Engineers Road

Project Features In January of 2002, TRITEC acquired 135 Engineers Road, a 65,000 square foot industrial building. The purpose of the acquisition was to reposition the building as a Class B office. In order to accomplish repositioning, 10,000 square feet of the building had to be removed in order to meet Suffolk County waste discharge regulations and provide parking for office areas. The building was fully repositioned and is has acquired a blue chip tenant roster.

Design and Features

TRITEC acquired 135 Engineers Road, an industrial building. The purpose of the acquisition was to reposition the building as a Class B office. The renovation of the  industrial building includes a new facade complete with a new insulated glass systems, landscaping and accent lighting.

The interior features a natural tone tile that is accented by blue granite stripes and cherry wood doors. The buildings circular core has a rich blue wall covering that is brought to life by a high end lighting package. The lighting is made up of wall sconces, recessed lighting and culminates in a chandelier located in the center of the core.
